A very rare item. Although it is a bond (percentage paper), it is also included in paper money collections due to the lack of regular monetary issues from the January Uprising period and its similar format to banknotes.
Very nice state of preservation. On the upper part of the obverse written in pencil number 8289, referring to the catalog of Emeryk Hutten-Czapski, with a rarity grade of R5. This is a very high degree of rarity for this catalog, by the way, also upheld today, as the Lucow collection catalog estimated the rarity at R6.
