J. Mazur's catalog is the first complementary study of Polish debt securities.
The catalog offered in this auction is the first part, of the planned three volumes, covering debt and treasury securities from 1782-1996. In simple terms, this scope can be defined as government securities, issued by central authorities. So far, this type of currency has been systematized in small, mainly text-based catalogs by J. Moczydlowski published in 1990-1992 (archive here).
The author of the catalog is a specialist and long-time researcher of the subject of Polish debt securities, as well as an experienced collector - Jacek Mazur. This catalog is the result of his many years of work, in which he has included his knowledge and experience, presenting the whole issue with expertise.
