A beautifully preserved and rare in terms of variety denarius of the "reliquary" type.
Characterized both by the unusual and erroneous arrangement of the ruler's name notation (B-O-AL-E-S-L-A-VV), and also by an interesting sign above the ruler's head: a sword!
On the reverse side, the saint's name counterclockwise (C S ADALBERTVS).
The oldest type of Curly denarii, which began its minting by placing its patron saint, Saint Adalbert, on the reverse. As explained by Stanislaw Suchodolski, this choice was a manifestation that it was the saint himself who sanctioned the seizure of power.
Silver, diameter 16 mm, weight 0.52 g.
