Nice, though with unusual soiling.

By a resolution of the Congress of Vienna in 1815, Krakow was established as a free city with the right to mint its own coinage. However, it only exercised this right in 1834, when the Polish eagle was replaced with a Russian eagle on the coins in circulation until then. These coins were minted in Vienna, on the model of the old coinage of the Kingdom of Poland, but with the city's coat of arms. More about them on PortalNumismatic.
