A portrait that looks like a transition between the first, careful issue and the later, highly simplified one with royal hair a'la "porcupine". On this one the hair is already in the style of recent issues, but the head is depicted still with a clear neck.
The execution of the letters in the surround inscriptions already careless, "rough-cut", but the inscription correct and on the present piece fully legible VLADIZLAV[S]. It can be seen that the engraver ran out of space for the last letter of the name S, and knows he only marred it in the form of a curved line. In addition, the legend preceded by stars.
Obverse deeply stamped (perhaps from a fresh stamp) and at the same time beautifully preserved. Reverse weaker, with the first two letters CR (from CRACOV) visible from the obverse inscription.
An attractive piece.
