Reference: Parchimowicz-Brzeziński 32.a5, Srebrne Monety SAP 2.3 (R3)

Jamming of the rim on the reverse side, otherwise the presentation is quite good.

A distinctive thaler with an artistic portrait of the king, popularly known as an "armorial". A coin whose minting "in addition to its economic value, also had a prestigious significance," as Janusz Parchimowicz points out.

An important issue with a rich history, whose creation was preceded by a competition with a series of trials, resulting in stamps made by the outstanding medallicist of the era - Jan Filip Hollzhaeuser. You can read their story on the SAP Silver Coins blog, among others.

Silver, diameter 42 x 44 mm, weight 27.7 g.
