A beautiful mint piece.
In 1616, Jakub Jacobson becomes the head of the Bydgoszcz mint, which in 1621 resumes the issuance of the shellac, and in 1623 changes its iconography. The shilling with the shields of the coats of arms of Poland, Lithuania and the Vasa dynasty on the reverse, with the full date in the rim.
A variety with SOLID on the reverse.
A small, popular coin, but in this condition, definitely pleasing to the eye.
