One of the rarest Lithuanian pennies of King Sigismund III.
First year minting in a very rare variety - with Bogoria coat of arms in the shield and border on the reverse.
Very highly estimated in catalogs.
Tyszkiewicz did not describe this variety (for the Bogoria coat of arms in a shield, but without borders, he gave a very high valuation of 30 mk), while Ivanauskas attributed the highest degree of rarity, illustrating it with a piece from the collection of Emeryk Hutten-Czapski (which received an engraving in the catalog of his collection, with which he distinguished exceptional coins).
