Very rare, transitional type of Lithuanian 1581 King Stefan trojak.
Minted after the location of the numeral of the denomination was changed (from under the bust, to the top of the reverse), but before the Leliwa (treasurer's) coat of arms began to be placed.
Determined by a high degree of rarity in catalogs (R5, RRR).
This is also confirmed by our archives, where among more than 50 Vilnius trojaks of this vintage, not a single one was of this type.
