A very interesting card, of a well-known soldier - Infantry Major Wladyslaw Nawrocki, who died in German captivity during World War II, in 1942. He was decorated with the Cross of Independence and the Golden Cross of Merit, among other awards. You can read more about this personage on Wikipedia.
