Obverse: bust of the king with his head crowned with laurel, in a Roman toga. In the rim:
JOANNES CASIMIR[us] D[ei] G[ratia] POL[oniae] & SUEC[iae] REX(Jan Kazimierz by God's grace King of Poland and Sweden).
Reverse: the Oliwa monastery and church. In the rim: PAX CASIMIRIANA(Casimir Peace). In segment: ANNO MDCLX III MAII, viz: Year of the Lord 1660 May 3.
