Signed on the obverse: (Stanislaw Roman) LEWANDOWSKI.
Interesting symbolism of the reverse, where a soldier with hussar wings holds a shield with an eagle in front of him, standing in front of a lying (sleeping?) dragon. At the sides a sword and a lance are stuck in, on which wreaths hang.
Zinc, diameter 49 mm, weight 39.8 g.
