One-sided, later print of the reverse of a very rare medal donated by Francis Potocki to his physician, Francis Joseph Gall (Austrian neurologist and psychologist). The medal was designed by Barre.
Here the reverse itself, on which Francis Potocki lies in a bed, the headboard of which is decorated with the Potocki coat of arms - Pilawa. Above him an Aesculapius chasing away an owl and a bat with his hand, in the background a column with a skull. At the top AESCULAPIO SALVATORI, in the section the date MDCCCXX.
