Drachma wybita w Cezarei Kapadockiej, ukazująca bardzo podobne portrety Nerona i Klaudiusza. Był to celowy zamysł przedstawienia Nerona jako prawowitego następcę poprzedniego cesarza. 

Egzemplarz niecentryczny, ale ładnie zachowany, z przyjemną patyną.
